If you see a Bobcat kitten in the wild, keep your distance, per Colorado Parks and Wildlife.
Mother bobcats have to hunt to feed their young and often have to be away for many hours at a time. So, don't be alarmed if you see a bobcat kitten alone. A kitten will call for his or her mom, and may do so for a very long time before she arrives. If the crying persists for more than 24 hours then something is probably wrong and you might need to call your local wildlife rescue organization. For more information, https://cpw.state.co.us
